Background:

Juliet is known as the jewel in her family whenever there is a family event she is there. Always being pampered like the jewel they pushed her to be she never acted out towards her parents or cousins. Her kindness knew no bounds as she even looked at the Montague's with kind eyes. Of course her father would scold her when she would say hello to a Montague telling her that they will taint her purity yet she would just simply laugh and call her father a worry wort.

At the age of 15 another one of her families parties became famous. A Masquerade was the theme for the party as everyone wore masks and fancy dresses and suits. Juliet of course wore a white mask to show her purity as her family had wished. Every where she went her cousin Tiberus would follow as a guard for her. He was always at every party and at her side to protect her from any foul person. As the hours went by she noticed he did not look very happy and so she asked him what had disturbed him he simply shook off the question as to not worry her but when she saw him begin to dart off she followed noticing a boy who had only took his mask off for a second. Upon further looking she noticed that her cousin was beaming with rage the only kind of rage that she saw him have when a Montague was near. Fearing for the boy she asked her cousin to just ignore him and enjoy the rest of the night. He heeded her words yet went to go and tell her father about the boy.

Juliet took this time to go speak to the Montague giving him a quick warning, as she did the boy gave her a sweet smile and asked for a dance before he left. Fearing the anger of her father but the un-kindness of declining the request set in. She simply nodded and danced with the boy on the balcony. After the dance he kissed her hand and walked off. Once the boy had left her she felt a sting of happiness shoot to her heart. Not sure of what this could be she went to her room for the rest of the night.

The next day news of a fight reached out through the family and her cousin Tiberus was sent away. Details were not given to her but after a year of convincing her father and mother she was sent to Ever After under the watch of her cousin so that she can learn new thing's and be close to her dearest cousin.
