Cheebs will be adjusted to fit your character (anything that fits the base if fair game!), lined, colored and lightly shaded.
Veeery complex characters may be charged +2$, but that honestly depends. Wings and the like would indeed come with an extra charge, complex markings would likely be simplified instead.
