A New Years Eve themed pic in October, yeah. So what? Also I miss drawing pics like this.Anyway, this is a scene from the end of 'Winter in Wasteland'. ~poplilly4009 came up with some great ideas for the second half, and this is one of them... me and Clockman at a New Years Eve party.
