A mix between a Argus (a Greek monster who had as many as one hundred eyes all over his body), a satyr (goat-man), and a dragon. Body of a satyr (legs are the goat, top half human even though satyrs are only males, and the horns), arms of a dragon, and the multiple eyes belong to Argus.
That's my deduction, anyway
