um, on it's page right, there on the edit sign there should be a palette icon sayin "Tattoo". After clickin "Tattoo", it should load a different screen with an "Upload" button.
Just upload a it after saving the tattoo. :3
Btw, you should know it says "The file is to big" when you're attempting to upload anything more than 80KB
