Her mane color's are a dark blueish grey (standing for rain clouds) and the blue (rain). Her eyes are purple just because it looks good with the rest.

Small story : The mare gently moved out of her cloud home and onto the balcony where she looked out to the sky at her creation, a light pour of rain over her city. The mare seemed to judge if she should have made it pour abit harder or less but that wasn't important right now,this..This was her time. All the other ponies really didn't seem to like the rain and when it came they would all go inside or trot around with their umbrellas and wouldn't bother to see the beauty inside of it. She inhaled,she loved the smell of the rain and the sound of it. She could hear the sound on her roof now and on the lake that was a few blocks away. She turned around and looked back into her cozy home before lifting her head and looking up. "God is in the rain" she spoke to herself.
