the title 'evil lord vaati" was just random, i guess you can say his an evil lord but BAH
I HAD TO REDO THIS D:
the first pic i did had Vaati in 4 of his different forms....
but then Photoshop desided to be gay so i couldn't edit it when i saved it for later, AND I WAS ALMOST DONE TT^TT
so i had to start over from the one sketched i saved befor and done this!
i will do his different forms later, when i can
the pic is kinda small but ORWELL XD
