This sketch was completed on a lazy Thursday afternoon. Honestly I didn’t have too many plans for it. However, after adding color digitally, I decided that I wanted to keep going anyway. For those who are curious about the reference, it’s taken from the game, Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games. As I continued with the digital coloring, I decided to return to the Mushroom Beach I made up from two of my pictures. It contains references to Mario 3, Mario World, Mario Sunshine and Mario Odyssey, just to name a few. I hope this looks decent enough. Either way, I still had a lot of fun with it.
