Hello all my watchers,

Here is yet another composition that is a long time overdue from being made. The reason being is because these two cartoon shows were the main staple of my childhood when I was a kid. The shows featured are "Babar" and "The Super Mario Bros. Super Show". Now I know what you are thinking: If these two are from two separate TV shows, then how come they are both in the same picture? Allow me to explain: You see, both the characters Basil (Left) and Toad (Right) have one common voice actor. His name is John Stocker.

Now as you know with most voice actors, sometimes they like to change their voice infliction so no two characters sound the same over most shows. Well in this case, he keeps his character voice constant on the two separate shows. So, Basil's voice sounds like Toads and Toad's voice sounds like Basil's and vice versa.

This isn't necessarily a bad thing though. I like both characters equally. Anyway, long ago I got this idea in my head that Basil and Toad share some similarities, such as the following:

1.) Both explore areas that take place in a desert
2.) Both are the smallest out of their group of main characters
3.) Both speak in high voices
4.) Both have a tendency to be optimistic

Anyway, this deviation is a tribute to Basil, Toad, and the man behind the voices, John Stocker.
