Does nobody understand we obsess over art and literature?
Over pointless RPG's where we press buttons just to level?
Getting the experience to master a musical instrument?
Reaching levels 60, 80, 100?
Or the fact we role-play to leave this world?
Or slave in front of a computer to avoid you all?
Does nobody understand our need to remain lazy?
To rebel against the social norm, and craft our own world?
To understand our love for trilogies you are all quick to hate?
Maybe it's our desire to avoid most members of the opposite sex...
And stick with a select few, daydreaming what'd be like to be with them?
But never actually make a move on them, despite thoughts in your head?
Does it really matter that we haven't had sex?
Do you know that nerd sex is researched to be the most pleasurable?
Did you know that the most physical activity we get is on the marching field?
Did you know we refuse to call it the football field?
Does it matter that I love to think?
Does it matter I dress in all black?
Do you realize I don't care about opinions?
Do you realize that we nerds love each other more than most countrymen?
Despite the fact we always have other projects, we finish faster than everyone?
Did you know most nerds search for context clues, hoping they're involved in the works of other nerds?
Did you know nerds actually care about each other, even when they don't show it?
Did you know nerds always want to know the answer?
Did you know nerds spend more time thinking about games, fun, or projects before thinking of the opposite sex?
Did you know that most of them, despite very little thought about the opposite sex, have less than 3 members of the opposite sex they're interested in... and one of them is usually a celebrity?
Did you know that nerds are the only reason we are still advancing in technology?
