My concern is that these are Shadowrunners and that those super-soakers are actually loaded with DMSO and arsenic. Super-soakers in Shadowrun are scary.

I was thinking more of the pen & paper version of it. You can buy super-soakers, load them up with the WORST chemicals imaginable, and just steamroll through any opposition in your way. And Shadowrun has a LOT of nasty stuff you can load into your super-soakers.
