I actually wanted to recommend "Hat Lady" as a time co-op in a sequel, dealing with more dire matters. Didn't know they did plan for "Hat Adult"... but removed her from the final game. GfB should really reconsider the possibility.

You know, if they wanted a sequel hook, then the alpha/beta ending sequence would be good. Just have it end with grown-up Hat Kid getting a frantic 'phone call from grown-up Moustache Girl, her twirling around and suddenly having the badges on her hatband and disappearing with the characteristic 'time piece' transition.

I've been playing the game, and I can say that Hat Kid is one of the most adorable video game mascots ever. She's so cute! There are several moments in the game when she's just beaming with personality.

As someone who has been following A Hat in Time for a long time, I have to say, your designs are a huge part of what make it what it is. To this day, I still can't believe you managed to create a character so charmingly adorable, and the way Gears For Breakfast has brought her and the other characters to life is simply amazing.
