It's all still pretty early and so far it's just me developing the story, world and characters. I made a rough gameplay concept back in 2012 and I plan on updating it but here it is just so you have an idea of where my head is at:

Holy mother, how'd I miss that? Haha well damn, it certainly sounds like you got this all figured out for the most part. I know you said you're just plotting out the world and characters/story but this is just impressive, I mean if you were ever to look out for a team to help you out with this, you're already a step in in the right direction with that because it'll give the team an idea of what to develop. Just word of caution, careful with vehicle levels if you plan on including any, it's a thing that can really hurt a platform game if it doesn't control well
