Well, as the ball says, "LUV" is because the Valentine, happy Valentine for everyone!! (late of course)And the real title is all because something personal with the Character I did here.
This is kind of an answer to the 's poll [link] ^_^
EDIT: I did his whole face again, didn't like the other... This one looks more like I wanted to do it

In Germany we never have a proper summer, for one day, it's too hot, and the rest of the week, it's raining XD
I hope winter will be not to cold in your country, here in Germany we had alreay -15Β° Celsius. That's pretty cold o_O
