Description
Finally, the first issue of the new Ghostbusters ongoing series is on the shelves. It's been a long road and it's so exciting to see this dream come true.Slimer was one of my favorite characters since I was a kid, but seeing him this way makes him one of my favorite characters as an adult. It's a blast getting to color ghosts, they give you a lot of opportunity to try new things.

Wow, thanks for letting me know people out there actually likes what I'm doing, I try my best to do something different and make people realize that color is not just something to make the inks look prettier, it's a basic part of the storytelling. So thanks a lot

Oh I'm so happy that the older fans made him not like a cartoon. By that I mean more like the wild ghost he was in the first film(like good old John Belushi) instead of mascot. Great job on the phantasm features, ie glow, slime, auroa. Can't wait for the series to hit shelves

You and him have really inspired me to do my own dA comic series on the Ghostbusters. It's based on Butch Hartman's style(DP, FOP, TUFF Puppy). But you two really get me excited everytime I see your work.

It was postponed to the 28th, I think Erik Burnham confirmed it on his Twitter after asking Tom Waltz. Might have to do with the custom "Be a Ghostbuster" RE covers.

You shouldn't be scolded for it. There were two other pages, Mr. Schoening's Issue 2 cover, and Issue 2's synopsis all months ago that gave away Slimer showing up.
Still one of the coolest drawings of Slimer ever done, imo.
