I tried to use a different set of colors in order to create a different atmosphere for this scene; forget about all the crazy efx, forget about the dark environment, this is about two women who have lost the people they love.Pencils: Dan Schoening

Agreed. I think it's a case of double love. It's where you're dating someone, but you're still crushing on someone else. I think Egon stole Janine's heart permanently, but he didn't realize. I have all kinds of theories.

I love the mood it brings into the comic... it feels like we're somewhere completely different in tone and your colors to provide that feel... I've been sold since issue 1 and intend to keep going on as long as you guys will

The colors definitely conveyed that. Helped to also remind readers Tiyah's only known the GBs personally for a few years, Janine - about a decade. I loved the leadership role Janine is filling not just with the team but the supporting cast.

Agreed! I almost wish Erik had a shot with Louis Tully because he's been so great with supporting cast in addition to the main cast.
Looking at Issue #16 and this issue, you've really raised the bar on working with shadows among everything else. It must be a pain to think about lighting but they come out so awesome!

I know there are issues about adding Dana to the comic even in the background, but I'm constantly shocked that I've only ever seen Dan do one head sketch of her...weird
