I'm not sure that she actually is a "spooky" character. I'm trying to continue with my little project of creating darker renders with new characters as a way to celebrate the Halloween season, and Dark Moon was a character idea that came to me rather suddenly yesterday evening.The beautiful and soft-spoken Dark Moon appears to greet travelers when they try to venture into the forest. Dark Moon asks the travelers to pay a toll of one silver coin in exchange for safe passage.
If the fee is paid, the travelers find their journey through the woods to be quiet and uneventful, though eerie owls do watch them from nearby trees.
If the travelers refuse, they may not make it to their destination. Without Dark Moon's command to stay calm, the animals of the forest tend to be more active, dangerous and hungry.
It is best to give Dark Moon the silver coin she asks for, don't you agree?

Her story is very mysterious and original. I think she is like a forest guardian (although sometimes she does not behave like that ^^).
And her design is as beautiful as it is dark. The detail of the tattoos on her face is very interesting and I really like the idea of having a lantern. That makes me think that he likes to move at night, maybe on full moon nights ;D.

That is an amazing character! It sounds like a lovley legend! She's not spooky but someone to be afraid of if you won't pay that silver coin for a save trip!
Her design is also amazing! I can imagine her popping out from the shadows using her coat to hide in the darkness to observe before to appear to the travelers! And also going back into shadows and dissapear! I would lovely give her the coin, and even two if she would allow me to make her company for some time so she can tell me about the many types of adventurers and travelers she must had meet all during all those years!

The background is a little spooky. The character may or may not have good intentions. With that look, she can go both ways. If she chooses to.
Perhaps that does make her a litlle bit spooky after all.
