Sybil "Trigger" Asher is a tiefling piratess who formerly served as the bosun and gunner on the ship of Captain Pierce Deighton . Trigger now captains her own ship The Wanderer, though she still sails alongside Pierce's ship as a member of his fleet.

Trigger is an exceptionally confident woman who some people find rather intimidating. She intentionally comes across as unfriendly at first, but those who know her find that she is actually a soft-hearted person.

Trigger is in a committed relationship with her half-elven boyfriend Jarreth , and she has recently purchased him a home and a posh clothing shop on the island of Starpoint. She is also attempting to redeem the dhampir Zassrion , which is proving to be one of her greatest challenges.
