Sea turtles are my favorite animal. The turtle skin patterns were really fun to draw.Drawn with charcoal pencils.
I'm experimenting with charcoal. I like it because it can go much darker than graphite and it doesn't have the shine. The disadvantage is that even if I draw very lightly, I find it nearly impossible to erase completely. If I make a mistake I basically have to roll with it. Advantages and disadvantages.
