For the skirt I used a texture and rendered it in 3D.
Then played around with liquid.

... wow! this manipulation is just too good to be true... I love the golden 'ambiance' of the picture... looks like a very much golden whiskey flowing... and to me, it almost looks like a thematic advertisement... this is awesome!

Love the hard shine of the liquid gold of her "dress" in contrast to the soft glow of her skin. Lovely color palette, it gives the feel of, and evokes the imagined taste of champagne without a single bubble! Very original and beautiful!
