well you got it down got the eyebrows, nose and the chin.
looking at him in image search, in most of his Doctor Promo shots he holds his chin up. But I haven't gotten up to his episodes yet, so I don't know how he acted the role.

His first few are horrible...but more the writing than him. Rememberance of the Daleks...that is where he hit his stride...and just then was axed. He makes a nice appearance in the tele-movie, though. The one with Paul McGann as the Doctor.

I've always felt that these two never really go a fair go. They both had interesting takes on the Doctor...but were let down by poor writing.
