Description This gyrojet sniper rifle chambered in 13mm Long Range makes use of laser guided ammunition (like DARPA's EXACTO project) to achieve great accuracy over very long distances.
The usual benefits of rocket ammunition apply: lightweight, very low recoil, low flash, weapon report quieter than a suppressed rifle (only a hiss while firing, since the round goes supersonic downrange), and allowing for ammunition to reach higher velocities than similar conventional rounds.
Ammunition is available in regular slugs, armor piercing, high explosive, and high explosive-armor piercing rounds, and is fed from a 20 round, double-stack box magazine.

While the visual designs are mine, basically all the credit for the ideas behind the Tellus rocket guns goes to Yoel from Future War Stories.

center of balance looks a bit awkward with that small barrel

I think a tripod would work better with a 360 degree field of movement mounted amid the barrel or near the end

Good rendering Luke!

I would suggest however that the sniper rocket gun be a bullpup configuration.

There are no spent cases ejected left or right so the bullpup ambidextrously is not a problem, the barrel is simple thin tube so it won't tax the shooter or manufacturer with weight or cost so it could be long.

The sniper gun can also double as squad support automatic weapon deliver short fast bursts with little recoil, heat buildup of foliage.

I certainly agree that it could be built as a bullpup (as with the carbine version), the main reason I didn't was to allow for a more adjustable stock.
Since gyrojets do the majority of their accelerating outside the barrel, barrel length is pretty irrelevant to these weapons, it serves only to guide the projectile while it achieves gyroscopic stability and also to provide a mounting point for attachments like a shotgun or bipod. The carbine is bullpup because it makes mounting the shotgun easier and more balanced, but there didn't seem to be a need for the sniper, so I opted for the adjustable stock instead. (No reason there couldn't be a bullpup version though)
I absolutely agree about the automatic capabilities, good call there, and a drum magazine could definitely be used to capitalize on this. (I actually have a SAW version as well, which is basically the same gun, but using an HK73-style internally belted magazine)
Thanks very much for the feedback.
