Wow, this is fantastic! What a wonderful Marvel nod to one of my favorites from Rockwell. I love all the detail work here. I especially love, though, how you were able to keep the spirit of the original work even when changing the police office for Spiderman and rearranging the setting. To me, this is brilliant. In the original, you get the idea that the adult cop is not giving the kid a hard time about being a runaway, but rather talking to him like a buddy to probably convince him he should go back home to his folks. Here, I am imagining the same thing. Spidey is not hassling the kid for choosing to be the Green Goblin on Halloween, but maybe talking like a buddy about what it's like helping people instead thinking that might make an impression. In both, you've got the friendly guy behind the counter that's admiring the way the situation is being handled. That's my take, anyway. Regardless, this is fantastic work... love it!

A terrific piece. It's simultaneously funny and kind of touching in a way; even if the kid's dressed as a supervillain, I think Spidey would be a nice guy about it.
