Took this at the train station before my train came in. Just siting and waiting i saw this seat and then heard a train coming. Set the exposure for about half a second and waited.This would have been a really great photo if there was someone sitting in the chair. Maybe next time.

I love the lines in this photograph, which is why I don't think it would be any better with a person sitting there - it would take away from the geometricity of it, if that's even a word! LOL. I really love this, though, and if I wasn't poor, I'd buy a print of it. >.>;; A big one.

I like the empty chair. I think it gives it a more desolate feel. It gives it a sorta lonely subway feel. With a person it might have just been like every other photo. I like the emptyness so you can see the colors all around and the window in perfect view.

the strong horizontal flow of this image is wonderful! I love the colors within the blur of the windows as well...this is a great image as it is, I think a figure might have taken away from all the strong details in the composition.
