Danny likes treasures, especially the valuables (and tasty too) ones. He is totally hypnotized and in love with the green glowing stone, leaving Merry a bit jealous.Danny's feet are different from how BtG does, but this way was easier for me to draw.

Yes. Sableyes diet is based on rocks and gems. Many Pokédex entries (like D/P/Pt, FR/LG) makes references to this fact.
