A controversal commercial was made by Mars for the UK and other parts of Europe to promote Galaxy-chocolate featuring a computer animated version of Audrey Hepburn with CGI.I , for one, totally love this commercial, and Audrey herself said often that she loves chocolate and that chocolate lifts her spirit! So maybe she would have made this commercial anyway, if she were alive.
The animated Audrey was made using movie and press images from the 50ies, like she appeared in "Funny Face" and "Sabrina". The dress is a replica of the original Skletch Edit Head made for "Roman Holiday".
I find that Audrey seems like a doll in this commercial, so making her into a real doll was just the next logical step
I used the "Breakfast at Tiffany´s" Mattel doll, I simply love this mold! It already looks so much like Audrey even with the generic paint! I removed the factory paint and gave her a new face. Her hair is restyled into a ponytail, like in the commercial. The costume is handmade, I found this perfect fabric totally by coincidens! The belt and purse are made with brown fault lether.

I guess mostly everyone who loves Audrey also love this commercial.
But there were people who were complaining about using a dead person for commercial purposes would not be right, because the person cannot defend herself against it... In my opinion there is nothing to complain about, the commercial is classy and lovely, Audrey liked chocolate, and her sons know her best, If they say that she would be allright with this, than it´s the truth.
