Well, I'm very impressed and amazed. There are (very) few artists who go to this level of details or realism while keeping them look as the MLP pony we love. Because a lot go to the IRL pones look. Or rather miniature horses.
How many of (hard) work for creating this on? 10, 12 hours?

Impressive! You are easily one of the best artists in the fandom; no one else can match the detail and realism your ponies have. The only complaints I have are that the lipstick makes the realism almost uncanny, and some fur texture watermarks are visible if you look really hard, but otherwise this picture is perfect.
