I'm always super, DUPER picky when it comes to themes for my characters though, which is why Pale still doesn't have one.

It's more positive than yours, but it also has this kind of cool mood. Plus, bonus points for the asian instruments, delivering a similar vibe for Pale as Ink's considered themes have.

Yep! My characters have never songs somehow. But hey, I'd love to give Template and Pale Songs, or even a full soundtrack. But I'd need A LOT of songs xD
I understand what you were going for, but I think that emptiness can be also shown acoustically, not just in the absence of it. But yes, that one of the songs I pointed to are actually quite fitting. Minimalistic music would probably be a good choice for him, too. ovo
