You think someone could edit the dragon model and add in an esophagus and stomach?

I think the capability is there (but don't quote me on that, I'm not an expert on modeling) and should it not be there, there are ways around it... I think. I at least know the would-be cheap option is to just create a map with fleshy textured walls and the like, but that'd pretty much be it for that.
Should I ever the burning desire to see if such a thing could be done, I'm sure I could roll my face on my keyboard until I get a definitive result... but that desire isn't around right now.
Regardless, if someone did that for any model, I would go absolutely nuts and probably demand all of their secrets (as nicely as possible.)

do you ever plan to do another but add bulges?

I really wish I could, but SFM's limitations keep me from doing so. I also can't directly edit the models (......I think.....) without the original source files that compiled to make the final product, so a lot of the ideas I have for getting around that issue are shut down. A strange thing is that the Source Engine is plenty capable of doing inflation/deflation (albeit very messy) of any model's given bone but yet the SFM seems to lack the option. Even some of the best animators out there have scoured the SFM but have, to no avail, not found any inflation/deflation tricks.
If I were to ever move to another animating software (say... 3DSMax or Maya or Poser) I would no doubt include any bulges I could. But for now... I've got none!
