The user stirs up a fairy wind and strikes the target with it.
Fiora uses fairy dust to attack. Doesn't exactly hurt (unless you're a Dragon Type) but its a strong gale.

Wish
One turn after this move is used, the user's or its replacement's HP is restored by half the user's max HP.
By whispering an prayer passed down from ancient fae, Fiora can heal those in need along with plants. However, she is unable to heal herself...

The user's type is changed depending on its environment, such as at water's edge, in grass, or in a cave.

Physical Information:

A Flabebe with a slightly more rabbit like apperance than most. Has delicate hair and wears a red hooded robe.

Physical Apperance:

Apart from her rabbit apperance, some may take notice that her eyes are more lavender than the blue that most shiny Flabebe have. In additon to that, some might notice she's a little bigger than most Flabebe, but that isn't saying much considering she's only 6 inches.

Personality:

Compassionate - She grew up with strong heroic morals and taught to always help those in need. It doesn't sit right with her to just allow others to suffer. She believes that if you have the power to do so you should always help those in need.

Polite - Another trait from her upbringing. Fiora always is as polite as possible to everyone. She shows everyone courtesy, even people who downright annoy her. She also has never once utter a swear word in her life and likes to keep it that way.

Prideful - Fiora has always taken great pride in herself and in her heritage; even after the Deroisers family name was disgraced. While insults thrown at her don't phase her as much, anyone who dismisses her family name, or paladins is in for a word of pain. She also tends to talk about herself very highly, ocassionaly mentioning how beautiful she is. Also due to her pride, she refuses help of all kind. She gets very ashamed and annoyed at others when others try to help her with anything, which is a lot when you're as small as her. Fiora would do anything in her power to do things her own before resorting to asking for help.

Naive - Probably her most fatal flaw. Despite coming from a lineage of heros and warriors, Fiora never got much training and she was sheltered a good portion of her life. She has pretty simple understandings of other pokemon's personalities and goals, leading to her seeing the world in black or white. This is her first time on her own in the world, so she is also easily tricked. Fiora has embarassingly defended pokemon who were actually rotten to the core, but stuck to her convictions out of her own stubborness and pride.

Secretive - Not in the shifty sort of way, but Fiora does tend to keep her emotions bottled up inside. She hates looking weak in front of anyone, so feigning her emotions is how she combats this. Every trait she showed outwardly is usually a contradiction to how she truely feels.

Paranoia - Fiora lives in constant fear and paranoia. Though she doesn't show it, she's a complete coward. She fears everyone is out to get her, to betray her. That's why she play the role of a heroic figure so much, because when the time comes they'd turn on her last. That's why she fears showing any weakness, because that makes her an easier target- or one thats easier than what she already is. It's also the reason she hates help, it gives others more power over her and makes her feel like she has a debt to pay; something she'd rather not be tied down by.

History:

Once upon a time, there was a family of high standing and a proud heritage, the Deroisers. The maidens of this family were as beautiful as they were powerful. Their goal was to simply punish those who abused magic. And while they were legends and tales told of their glory. But those days have passed. They have fallen from grace and become scorned and mocked, before slowly falling into obscurity. And it all happened one fateful encounter with a witch..
But that’s not the story we’re here for.

Fiora grew up sheltered by her family, who were still shaken up from a curse inflicted on them before she was born. She was close to her grandmother who she admired dearly. She was the world to Fiora and made their life in shame seem a little more happy. But then one day the curse decided to pay them a visit one night.

Fiora's grandmother was devoured by a beast right in front of her, and the pokemon would've eaten her too if not for her mother and sisters saving her at the last moment. From that day Fiora was shaken up, and her sheltering only got more worse as her mental state deteriorated. After years of it though, her mother had enough. She took Fiora and and her older sisters out on a training retreat. But as they traveled the beast reared its head once again, this time wanting a taste of younger blood. While her family fought, Fiora fled in fear. She blinded ran into the fog. She was lost for who knows how long, until she found her way into Castanet.

The flower she she has chosen is a strawberry plant's. Though she is often not carrying it.
Does Fiora have ties to the Eternal Flower Floette? Who knows.
Due to how long lived her species are, Fiora is actually much older than most her guildmates, at 49. She doesn't know the exact age, but she knows she'd be around the age of a young adult by normal pokemon standards. So she usually just defualts to 18.
Dislikes eating with others. Often sits at a by herself or takes her food somewhere quiet if she can.
She's pretty lousey with money and is often times broke.
Hates hates HATES Canine pokemon and will be very much uncomfortable around them.  ESPECIALLY Lyanroc.
