This is the colored version of my Once Upon a Time OC, Rie Meagher's fourth outfit from my fan fiction "Snowfall" - seen in later chapters (will be updated when this outfit is worn). She is wearing a navy blue/dark teal leather jacket with "Snow Queen" written in light grey in cursive print and white snowflakes at the back. Her shirt is white with transparent pale blue cut-outs. Her pants are pale grey leather. Her boots are light blue with white heels - like in her second outfit, only reverse. Rie represents my spin on the Russian folklore of "The Snow Princess," similar to Ruth Sanderson's illustrated fairy tale - only the original Snow Princess was her mother Snegurochka/Lady Snow.
