With this challenge you open the Senshi Doll Maker, hit random/chaotic ONCE, submit(or redraw) the design*, and come up with a profile. With that said, here's Sailor Umbriel. (She's trans, which will be brought up in her civilian reference - when I feel motivated to draw it)

Background:
Sailor Uranus needed a protege, someone to continue in her place when she hangs up her henshin wand for good. Neo Queen Serenity knew just who to choose: a young transfer student attending Chibiusa's school. Me. Since that day, Sailor Uranus has been training me as her apprentice. My name is Sailor Umbriel. I like the name, it honors Uranus, as well as our queen's roots. I hope I can live up to her standards and be the best senshi I can be when it's our generation's turn to fight.
