Mom e-mailed some people who I bought the FIRST FOUR SEASONS OF CRIMINAL MINDS ON DVD (squee!) from, asking when they'd get here. She showed me the e-mails where he replied, and while she was reading that it would get here in 2 weeks, I stabbed the screen and screamed "The guy who responded is named Spencer!" So in two weeks I'll be very happy.
