So I made this. I have a transparent version, you know, where instead of a white background, there's no background at all? I decided on this one though, because it's MS Paint friendly.
If you use MS Paint and the background is transparent, the background shows up black in MS Paint because it doesn't understand transparent pixels. And then the eyelashes mess up, and as someone who uses MS Paint a lot, I know how ANNOYING that can be.
Anyway, this is a filly base.
