Anarchy's last stop sure as hell isn't the DU.Still working on it but but Anarchy is the creature your hire if you want something done. Anything. He doesn't even charge you money. He charges in favours, be it retrieving something, finding someone, harming someone, giving up someone dear to you.... God help you if you refuse what he wants you to do for him.
Don;t worry he's still just as toony and animated as he was before.
