Looky looky, another RP ref ya'll don't care about! Riley is another one of those characters who has a special place in my heart <3 So here, have some specs!

Name: Riley O'Toole
Title: Blind Courier

Personality: Outgoing, happy-go-lucky, optimistic
Likes: fitting in, food, dancing, making friends
Dislikes: people who feel the need to point out/ tease her about her being blind

[b]About[/b]
Riley was born and raised on Cerioan up until she was about 12 years old. One day she was abducted and brought to the General labs to be test fodder for new genetic enhancements that Illeryians were infamous for. They tested mostly cosmetic enhancements on Riley...though not all of them worked. One of the later tests made her go blind, to which she was given radar implants to counter it. Years later, after many tests and even forced fighting among other tests subjects, Riley detected an opportunity to escape and took it. Leaving everyone she knew in the lab behind. Most regrettably her cell mate. She pains her to think about it. She later found her way to Nebulon and got a job as a courier. The company had a small branch on the Realta Nua, to which she was recently transferred. Riley feels obligated to help these heroes who are willing to stand up to GEHENNA in any way she can. She won't tell anyone about how she lost her arms.

[b]Powers[/b]
Short-Range Teleportation: One of the non-cosmetic enhancements Riley received was the ability to teleport short range. She can do it in an open area, or past walls. Her radar implants help her know where she's going and where she'll end up to prevent disastrous results. Using this power excessively will cause her to get more dizzy and disoriented.

-enhanced strength (in her robotic arms)
-radar implants can detect movement accurately

[b]Fighting Style: Hit n' Run[/b]
Riley is by no stretch of the imagination a stellar combatant, but that doesn't mean she can't fight. She can be pretty crafty, using her teleporting to land a strike and teleport out before a counter. She won't fight unless it is absolutely necessary, otherwise she's smart enough to know when to run away.
