I went for a general mother and child theme here. The whole symbolic of the mother is present, with the lunar quadrant reflecting the theme of the character. I tried my best to ally the Shadowmoon banner with the Stormreaver one, since Kargatha is a warlock which has been a member of both.A strong inspiration for this was Alfons Mucha, And I find the harsh nature of the orcs with the fine floral desing of Mucha's Art Nouveau style a very nice contrast.
