They aren't the goddesses, they are the oracles. Named after the goddesses.

So, Din = Buttercup, as she is the embodiment of power, and thus can compare to BC's aggression.
Nayru = Blossom, as she is the embodiment of wisdom, and thus is similar to Blossom's strategy and level-headedness.
Farore= Bubbles, as her spot as the third of the three (I don't know if the Goddesses are all sisters) and power to create life makes her similar to Bubbles and her sweet, compassionate nature.
Tell me if I got that right.
