# Ooh, this is one of my favorites so far!
While Saria and Link are drawn well, the real highlights to me are the fairies. Β How do you draw them so...perfectly? Β They look like they could have come straight out of the game!

I think I used the watercolor effect for the fairies. Basically I just drew a little light orb and went over it with color for the glow, then dragged the brush out to form the wings. On a dark background, they look transparent and it's easy to show how the winks catch the light.

Heh, heh...it's like in that comic, at Navi's nephew's birthday party, where each fairy had an annoying little voice of its own...and Link looks happy because he is. Simple as that.
