I really appreciate that you cite your inspirations! ^//u//^ It's fascinating to see where ideas stem from alongside the new interpretations!
The hand on the viewer's leftΒ in the two panels before the last seem a little odd to me. Fingers are in 3 sections, and it seems like you trimmed them down to only 2. Perhaps curving the very tips out a little straighter than the rest of the downward sloping finger section would help make a better illusion of three sections in the pose. It's also a bit strange that in the final panel, that same hand is in a completely different position.
I really like the cinematic use of angles in each shot. They are mostly simple, almost straight-on angles, but always showing the subjects at different directions.
