OUCH. My neck hurts sooo badly at the moment... That was literally a pain to art-line...However, I'm so happy with the result of that pain. <33
I should do pictures like this more often.... Or... on second thought, maybe that's not such a good idea right now...

but creams ears are the wrong way up

Cream's falling, so naturally the ears fly the opposite direction of the gravity pull.
I know it looks different/strange since Cream's ears are normally the opposite direction,
but I took from my own lop-eared rabbit, and their ears do naturally turn in that direction. ^^
