of course the artist doesn't understand, how could she/he, they only developed the 2-d image that appears on our moniters, no it is we, the viewers that truly make the image. its our perception of reality that is reality, for what is the universe if we cannot interpret data, and if the general interpretation is different to what is in actuality, so be it, and it is the world thats right!
