This is Glacierdramon.
The blue flame on his tail freezes immediately things, people and Digimon when you touch it.
The icicles on his back are so sharp that they can cut through steel.
Glacierdramon likes to have fun with other Digimon, he is most of the time happy.
He is the kindest, most faithful Digimon somebody can have.

Very nice job.. you kept the color pattern from the previous two forms including the frozen flamethe lines and details are good I see you made the brokish thorn crest look into a pattern the three obvious ice horns are opaque see through yet hazy and did it with the ice talons on the wings the thorns on his shoulder is a nice touch though may add a tiny limit to his movement, and the skullish looking dragonic mask looks great, and a thought for the third attacks name cryogenic sleep though thinking about it that attack could back fire if it touched glacierdramon and one last thing he has a charzardish look to him
