I tried using some editing with this picture. It turned out a heck of a lot better then I expected! I'd really like some feed back on it so I know where to improve

It's looks great! The editing is great to me.
My advice would be in the posing area, because I lot of my renders focus on posing and effects, so I will spend very little to no time editing.
As far as posing, try using yourself as a guide to see what way your arm can and cannot twist. I can see what position you were trying to make, it's just twisted odd, which is why her axillary region is a bit choppy.
Getting to know your anatomy can take a bit of time, but it really pays out in the long run. c:

Thank you so much for the advice, I think I'll spend the day trying out different poses on her and see if I can get the hang of it. The pose was really difficult to do, I think I was a bit too out of my comfort zone on this one but at least I tried XD Thank you again for the advice <3

My advice would be to use an airbrush-like effect for any rough edges, just to blend it a bit better! And this is totally optional, but changing the lighting effects/colour filter totally helps too!

Ahah, It took me ages to figure it out too!
Y'know when you go to the camera/light/accessory option on MMD? well there should be a little box with 'light manipulation' on it, along with the letters R, G, B, X, Y, Z. The R, G and B are the ones you need to edit to change the lighting, but bear in mind that they all need to be equal while you're changing the lighting because you'll end up changing the actual colours rather than the lighting!
The X, Y and Z are for the shadow manipulation, you can change the direction of the shadows on your model/stage from here!
Whenever I make a picture, I always add the 'SSAO_v0_5' shader to my models, then I edit the lighting! It's a great shader for KH models, and I highly recommend using it for your models in the future! I use the 'HQ' version rather than the normal version though haha

I do like how this came out ! The only advice I can give is maybe arm pit area little bit smoother? Maybe use a smug tool or a blur tool and make the sharp edges from the shirt not come out.
I know the struggle with the shirts where you move the arm up and it does that. but everyone has those struggles.

I thought the same, I was gonna do it while I was editing the picture but once I started on the magic I completely forgot XD Thank you for the advice though, I'll keep a look out for stuff like this when I make my next one <3
