Let me introduce my 2018 Rakugakids OC, Marine, a Child-Like sailor drawn by her Calmer, and understanding creator & illustrator, Julieanne Klipp, Her personality is childish and can get a little bit too excited at times at the point of being quite annoying, however, like her creator, she loves the beautiful sight of the sea in twinkle town, when it first emerged (she was drawn on a wall), she hit into a wall and injured her nose, that's why the band aid, also like julieanne, she loves paintingUPDATE 10/07/2022: changed her skin color and tweaked the colors
