June 25: Wonder of nature

For me, the movie Princess Mononoke has a really strong message about the relationship of man and nature. I painted Moro, the wolf god and her pups, in the company of kodamas.

I wanted to experiment a bit with different styles. I did the sketch with color pencils, added a few layers of watercolor paint, drew the details with fineliners and white gel pen.
