Hmmmm.... lets see lets start with the face. First off love the eye design along with hair and the bow really creative. its cute with the note so cute. I wouldnt say its the greatest of them all but its a good drawing love the color the background could be a little better since its so simple. the good news is that the eyes at least match something with the drawing most would make it up and not fit with the drawing. So kudos to that. Overall, its a good drawing and continue with wat your doing and maybe improve and you'll have a good piece of artwork.

Okay I have to say that this picture is really cute and I think the best two parts are the checkard backround and the eyes here.
the note in her mouth was a nice toucn also. Now the hair looks like its been smuged a lot. I can't tell if you did this on purpose but it makes the picture look dirty to me. In fact the entiere picture has a smuged look to it.
try to remember when you collor a picture to always color in the same direction so the coloring looks even (if coloring by hand)
also the object around the neck looks flat and a few wrinkles are needed but a decent start.
