sad times in the dark for Tora. Just after she got the many scars on her back sides and chest from Takeru.Yet the scars were not her's to bare... she took the punishment.... for a child.

I really want to find out how she got those scars by the way. And all the tattoos she has, why she has them and why she has them in such odd places.
That can wait though, since I know you'll mention all of that in the next chapters of 'Tora Gaiden'. ^^
This is a beautiful work though. Even the basic black and white sketch style is awesome.
(I really should post mine up sometime. I've got a whole bunch of them inked and completed...)

I actually feel so bad for her... >_< She's my own character and basically since she turned 16 nothing good has come to her in life at all. Other than Tsuki... In the Gaiden stuff anyway. Since Snake and the Joes come well after that.
Don't worry you will... I'm working on the next chapter just now between work and stuff. It's a fairly long one, since it's got all three of the challenges Tora has to pass to become SaKage. Onikage is going to test how far she will go... how low her morals can drop... how much she is willing to do... if y'know what I mean. Just to save Tsuki. Onikage knows all about Tora, Takeru and Tomoko and their past. To him what is about to happen is just a game because he knows how much Takeru loves.. or rather is obsessed with Tora, so he's going to really drive the nail in deeper.

And Takeru seems like he knew nothing about it. I can only imagine how well that would go over if he found out it was the Onikage that set up the challenges. At least I assume he has no idea.
Either way, I am curious to see what is going to come of all this.

yep you are right. He hasn't a clue... and nor will he for some time... until he finally clicks onto something that Tora is doing in one of the later chapters. Her way of protecting Tsuki also gives away what the Onikage is doing. Thus... pissing Takeru off. Onikage is the only one allowed to send out missions. He gives them out, recieves them and deals with who does what... so Takeru doesn't know anything until later.

I actually feel bad for Takeru now. He's had a lot of shit thrown his way too. His rejection by Tora, insulted by Snake Eyes, then attacked by Storm Shadow. His life sucks even between that by just being a SaKage.

Bah but he's a good sport and still... he's demented...it's like he's a serial killer/stalker... obsessive over one thing only. The Sakage is a just a way to power... Tomoko serves the Onikage... Takeru just floats along at the side going along with his own little plans.
But yeah the worst blow to him was Snake Eyes getting to Tora. That... killed him inside. Doesn't mean his obsession died though.

He'd changed his mind for the moment, but a little frustration from his bout with Storm Shadow leads him to try and find ways to relax again. He'll get to her eventually.
And of course it'll have to be a double blow, since he'll be sure Snake has no choice but to watch helplessly.

Oh so mean... but it would be right, sticking to his character it would be something he'd do to strike as many blows into Snake Eyes before Storm Shadow got to finish him and... to take what he feels is rightfully his.

Though, what would really be irritating is if Takeru is right in the middle of it and that's when Storm Shadow finds him and confronts him about Jinx.

Haha that wouldn't just be irritating that would be the thing that tipped Takeru over the edge with Storm Shadow. Getting pissy over Jinx is one thing but walking in while he's completely breaking Tora in front of Snake Eyes... would actually be the best way to send him into enough anger to start a fight with Storm Shadow. That might work actually.

Without drama a story isn't really worth reading. If it's either just complete gore or all forever happiness then it doesn't make for a good read. with all the other stuff thrown in, CLIFF HANGER! <_< the drama, love, compassion, hate etc. it's great to read. xD So I don't mind a little sorrow here and there as long as my characters' aren't killed off randomly or played in the wrong light
Well what can I say, the woman's true colours are a little darker than at first would appear... but only because of how isolated she was after leaving the village. Of course it's mean in a good way... she's just a playfully mean little pup >D and feeds off of Snake's reactions because it's great fun to see him squirm.

She's not going to like it when he decides to pay her back. He can be just as mean and make her squirm just as much. He won't let her torment be left at that. I wouldn't let her get away with it either.
Then again... Ninjas aren't boring no matter what they're doing. Sexually frustrated ones are even better.
