Sales Rules

You must:
- Credit me for the design in the horses reference
- Use your horse. Please do not buy if you won't use them
- Tell me if you're selling the horse (you may not resell the design for profit, unless you have created more than a reference for it)

You may:
- Decide breed, age, gender, name, history, personality, etc..
- Design the other side of the horse as long as it sticks to the design (so no making a a bay horse in to a tobiano on the other side)
- Make minor colour changes to the design (eg. changing the shade slightly but not making a bay in to a chestnut, etc..)

You may not:
- Claim the design as your own
- Change the design
- Make the horse a pony

Payments:
Each horse will have whether it's for sale with points, art, or either next in its info below.
- 20 points each (preferred)
Designs can be held for 24 hours if needed when paying with points
or
- Shaded fullbody art of one of my horses
Art payments must be received within 2 weeks before the design becomes yours. If you need a time extension you can ask for 1 more week, maximum.

Extras:
- I will design the other side of the horse and/or create a personality, history, etc.. for the horse for an extra 5 points or a simple headshot of one of my horses.

Sales are limited to 2 horses maximum per person from each batch of adopts

If you leave deviantart and your account is deleted, the horse will be reclaimed and either kept or sold to someone else.
