C’mon, Meowth looks as though it could more so be a Middle Stage Evolution if ever it had a new evolutionary relative. Then again if this Electric Cheetah Pokémon just has to be given to a Regional Form of Meowth, it could evolve from Meowth in place of Persian much like Perrserker.
